This painting was inspired from a photo taken during our Ireland trip.
Many of the rural roads are one lane, requiring frequent backing when meeting another vehicle. But what an adventure it was to travel these byways, seeing wild flowers at every turn and happening upon a herd of wayward sheep around the next bend !
